You can accept the Terms by simply using the Service / purchasing the films or books. You understand and agree that the Company will treat Your use of the Service as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

Intellectual Property Clause

The Company and Services are protected by copyright. Nothing in the Terms gives You a right to use the Newmount Films name or any of Newmount Films Logos and other distinctive brand features. All films and books will remain exclusive property of the Company and are not to be duplicated or sold by any other organisation or person/s. Protected by copyright law.

Refund, Return or Cancellation Policy

​

The Company does not offer returns or refunds. Each film and book offer a free preview for the consumer to gauge if they will enjoy the content before purchasing.

​

The books leave the Company in brand new condition. Any damages incurred through the postal process is not the Companies responsibility. Consumers agree this is out of the Companies control, and by purchasing accepting the possibility this could happen.

​

The Company accept cancellation only on book purchases. This is only applicable if the book has not been posted before the cancellation. The Company does not offer cancellation on the films as the films are instantly available after purchase.
